Spring Semester 2008

Description:

This seminar course will expose ECE students to advances in various fields related to the theory and practice

of electrical and computer engineering. The seminars will bring in researchers and practitioners from

industry and academia whose work is of interest to ECE students and faculty. Seminars are open to the

public.

Credits:

The course will carry one credit.

Schedule:

The course will start with an organizing meeting and presentation on  Monday, January 28th at 4:00

PM. Thereafter, the course will meet for seminars on selected Mondays from  4:00 to 5:00 PM.

 Refreshments will be served. The seminar schedule will be announced on the course website (www.ece.unh.edu/courses/ece900/).

Course Grading:

Course grading will be based on attendance only. Students will be assigned a letter grade. Students with

perfect attendance will receive an A. Each presentation missed will bring down the grade by one letter grade.

Students auditing this course will be required to attend seven of the eight presentations held during the

semester.
