Gene Filley Leaving Gene Filley, the Department's digital technician for the past nine years, will be leaving the ECE Department this fall to become a full-time graduate student in psychology. Gene has been responsible for our digital laboratories, computer systems, Ethernet network, and department computer cluster. Each year he has played a big roll in the publishing of Signals and Noise. For several years Gene was a part-time student enrolled in UNH's undergraduate program and earned a bachelors degree, summa cum laude, in philosophy. The Department wishes to thank Gene for his years of service to the faculty, students and staff of the ECE Department. Gene, we wish you well, and happiness in your pursuit of a graduate degree. |
